Our client, a leading provider of integrated business management software solutions, is urgently seeking a solution-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to lead system implementation and delivery engagements.

The role involves working closely with clients to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and deliver tailored training, ensuring successful adoption of the platform. The successful candidate will also support partner development across Africa and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Proven experience working with ERP or SaaS platforms.
-Strong affinity for technology, systems, and digital transformation.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
-Proactive, assertive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
-Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation (80%)

-Build strong relationships and gain client trust and confidence.
-Analyze business requirements and recommend tailored system solutions.
-Lead implementation through system configuration, customization, and deployment.
-Deliver end-user training to ensure effective system adoption.
-Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
-Coordinate and oversee end-to-end implementation processes.

2. Partner Support & Development

-Support and coach partners across Africa in delivering successful implementation projects.
-Contribute to building a network of high-performing implementation partners.

3. Internal Improvement (20%)

-Provide feedback to Product and Technical teams for continuous product enhancement.
-Support training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives internally.
-Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the department.
